Another edition of TEDx Warsaw took place at the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews on March 31, 2016. In line with the idea of sharing knowledge, Billennium was a technological partner of this event for the fourth time.
TEDx Warsaw 2016 has more than 500 participants and 20 inspiring lecturers gathered in one place, located in the exceptional POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
This year’s meeting was organised with the motto ‘In a Heartbeat’ and provided a focus on the things that might change in an instant, within one heartbeat. TEDx users, as always, could expect the unexpected and discover the power of spontaneity and inspiration.
Billennium, as the technological partner of TEDx Warsaw 2016, provided its support for registration to the conference, by providing minimum amounts of paper – it was actually only used for manufacturing identity badges. In line with the Paperless technology, all the other conference materials such as the agenda, the lecturer’s list, description of the workshops and a map of the facility were available in a mobile app prepared for this event. The entire process was supported by Billennium and covered by its sponsorship.
Passes to TEDx Warsaw were not available to the public and could only be gained by passing a demanding registration procedure.

$8,500 (yes: eighty-five hundred dollars!) was the price of the original TED held in Vancouver in February this year. They sold like hot cakes. This shows how precious this experience is!
