Today, we’re celebrating Customer Experience Day! This is a particularly important day for us, because it’s already been three years since we consciously created the culture of our organisation around customer satisfaction. We are consistently making necessary changes and trying to make Billennium’s values – confidence, creativity, development, energy and professionalism – noticeable to our customers as a standard of our services.
At Billennium, we believe that we can change the world by creating solutions that are friendly to both people and the environment. We want to create a dynamic IT brand that is recommend by all our customers. Customer Experience actions are the very heart of our vision.
We listen to the voices of our customers and we want to meet their expectations. From 2014, we have regularly asked our customers about their willingness to recommend Billennium. Since that time, we have managed to improve our NPS (net promoter score) by 11 points! We hope that the result will continue to grow – we are planning another study for October 2016. We know that by listening to our customers’ opinions, we can continue to change for the better and improve our services.
