    HR Business Partner

     

    The Associate HRBP Role contributes to the delivery of the Human Resources strategy, working closely with the Leadership Team, HR Business Partners from other regions and employees. The role will be responsible for the execution of standard company-wide programs, initiatives and developing plans to localize where appropriate for employees.

     

    Job Responsibility :

     

    · Planning and hosting festival events, team building, coffee talk, CSR and any activity which comes under employee engagement along with HRBP.

     

    · Actively post on Newsletter, LinkedIn and Instagram moments, values, practices, and shoutouts within the world of Billennium Malaysia.

     

    · Work collaboratively with Delivery Managers, Management Team, and other HR teams especially HR Operation.

     

    · Manage end to end onboarding and offboarding process collaboratively with HRBP.

     

    · Support change initiatives, facilitating smooth transitions in response to industry trends or organizational shifts.

     

    · Analyse feedback and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

     

    · Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and enhance HR effectiveness.

     

    · Assist in learning & development or training initiaves on Ad Hoc basis.

     

    · Actively joins in global HRBP meetings to understand and implement global approach locally.

     

    Requirements :

     

    · At least 2-3 years of working experience preferably in HR or Admin covering basic documentation and employee relation.

     

    · At least a degree in Management, Business Management, Human Resources Management or relevant.

     

    · Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.

     

    · Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels of an organisation.

     

    · Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly.

     

    · Engaging presentation skills.

     

    · Strong team working skills and a collaborative.

     

    · Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives.

     

    · Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work.

     

    · Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills.

     

    · Required to travel if necessary
