Do Twoich zadań będzie należeć

  • Identify and qualify top partners to expand Billennium’s footprint on the market
  • Establish new customer engagements with Partners to grow overall revenue with a focus on business outcomes and by driving the value proposition internally as well as externally to clients
  • Drive joint Partner & Billennium solutions and go-to-market strategies for differentiation and expanding their footprint within the DACH region
  • Management and support of existing Partnerships
  • Proactive leading the business planning process with partners, including setting and planning joint sales goals and key steps related to the partner relationship
  • Ongoing and proactive review of business partner needs
  • Initiating and leading the development of sales strategies and solutions that best meet the needs of partners and end users
  • Coordination the involvement of all necessary Billennium and partner personnel
  • Ensure formal partner compliance with Billennium standards and contracts
  • Supporting the implementation of Billennium products, solutions and business initiatives

  • Fluent in English and German with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and negotiate comfortably and effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
  • A professional sales approach with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Developed analytical thinking skills
  • Professional experience in a similar sales role in the IT/technical industry would be an asset (Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud)
  • Experience having worked in enterprise fields is a plus
