Oracle Database Consultant
Job Location :
Europe (work 100% remotely)Your role
- Tickets management (ServiceNow) - requests and incidents
- Exadata platform monitoring
- Development of custom database monitoring/management tools and reports
- Automations and implementation of improvements
- Cooperation with 3rd party - DBA's, other support teams
- Coordinating maintenance activities with parties involved (DBA team, users community etc.)
Your skills & experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database (12c or newer) as a Database Developer, DevOps or DataOps
- General understanding of Oracle Database architecture and processes
- Experience with Data Warehouses
- Experience with large databases (tens of terabytes)
- Experience with basic database administrative tasks (user management, troubleshooting, security etc.)
- Fluency in SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with performance troubleshooting and tuning
- Hands-on experience with Data Dictionary views
