Billennium develops a long-term partnership with Vonage

Billennium and Vonage have been working together for nearly four years to provide cloud-based communications services for enterprises and institutions to help grow businesses and face the demands of digital transformation. Vonage’s proprietary technologies (APIs) have also been implemented by Billennium in its own product, the remote customer service point – Inperly Box.

The cooperation between Billennium and Vonage began back in 2018. As part of the cooperation, the Polish company implemented, among other things, the Messages and Video Express APIs provided by Vonage in one of its solutions – remote service points equipped with the Inperly communications platform. In addition, based on the partner’s API, Billennium has developed a plug-in for the Salesforce platform that allows sending SMS messages to customers from the CRM database. The third element of the cooperation is providing technical competence and implementing Vonage solutions to the US company’s customers.

Our partnership with Billennium is evolving all the time. With a keen understanding of business needs in digital transformation and technical expertise, the solutions we jointly deliver build real value for our customers and contribute to building competitive advantage.

As part of the partnership, we combine our technical expertise and experience from developing and implementing tailor-made solutions for business with Vonage’s specialized cloud services. Through the use of technology provided by Vonage, our remote service points equipped with the Inperly platform have gained the necessary functions to efficiently and securely complete almost all processes related to consulting, stakeholder or customer service and service sales.

Our solution makes it possible to verify a customer’s identity, sign documents, scan attachments and, most importantly, have constant video contact with a call center consultant, so that even people with lower digital skills can efficiently and comfortably handle their affairs. Nine are currently being used at Spearkasse in Germany. Pilot programs are also underway in our country, including an insurance company and a telecommunications company, as well as one investment company.

The result of our cooperation with Vonage was, among other things, our joint participation in the Infoshare 2022 conference. During the event held on October 6-7 at the Amber Expo center in Gdansk, we talked more extensively about completed projects and the possibilities of applying Vonage’s innovative solutions to projects implemented by Billennium.
