Responsibilities:
- Represent the system within IT and business spheres.
- Lead a team in translating Business PO requirements into executable development packages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embrace Agile methodologies.
- Co-create vision and strategy for content management with business partners, IT experts, and external vendors.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed requirements and solutions.
- Optimize global business processes within the area of expertise.
- Develop and manage critical business know-how.
- Incorporate data-driven metrics into roadmap planning.
- Define future roadmaps in collaboration with business and IT leadership.
- Ensure compliance documentation, audits, and vulnerability testing.
- Manage access requests, change requests, incidents, and vendor engagements.
- Assess updates and patches, planning implementation as necessary.
- Drive appropriate architecture and structure complex work.
- Analyze and evaluate requirements and business needs.
- Create complex solutions, procedures, and business processes.
- Evaluate alternative informatics technologies and research industry trends.
- Take on development tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Previous knowledge in Content Management.
- Experience with SaaS content management systems (e.g., Ixiasoft, Antidot, SchemaST4).
- Proficiency in MS Azure, GCP.
- Experience with Anypoint Mulesoft Platform and APIs.
- Familiarity with content creation tools and Information Typing Standards (DITA, XML, HTML).
- Knowledge of Information Architecture and data modeling principles.
- Ability to initiate and lead architecture and process optimization.
- Familiarity with PMM and GxP related documentation.
- Experience in Agile Development Methodologies.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Models (e.g., Google AutoML).
- Experience with Cornerstone and SFDC would be a plus.
- Familiarity with DB/ETL best practices and EAI/ELL best practices.
- Experience in various data integration patterns and conducting large-scale requirements and design sessions.
