Your role

  • Lead the assessment activities of a project
  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Define project tasks
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Track project deliverables
  • Manage and liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, establishing credibility, appropriate communication, approvals and managing conflicts.
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately within the document repository
  • Ensure all required system documentation is completed and approved

Your skills & experience

  • 8+ years of Program Manager/PMO/Portfolio Manager experience
  • Very Good verbal and written English skills - C1
  • Very organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Strong documentation skills is a must
  • Ability to understand business processes, help champion standardization & simplification
  • Demonstrated matrix management skills and a clear ability to work effectively in cross functional team environment including vendor and offshore teams
  • Solid experience of working in traditional waterfall and agile Portfolio Management Office (PMO)
