Your role

  • Follow up the recruitment projects from beginning to end (sourcing, interviews, presenting candidates, scheduling interviews, job offer, and pre-employment checks)
  • Source candidate using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards, head-hunting and networking
  • Understanding the requirements and apply a search plan for identifying potential candidates which fit the requirement
  • Develop the network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Create an appealing way to communicate with potential candidates
  • Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitment process
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Your skills & experience

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Recruitment
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in recruitment tools and sourcing techniques
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English (B2+) and Polish (C1+)
  • Natural abilities to develop and build great relationships with others
  • Being goal-oriented, proactive and having a strong sense of responsibility (and humor )
  • Self-reliance, engagement and excellent organizational skills
  • Thirst of knowledge, constant learning and developing skills
