Your role

  • Educate and advise on data definitions, naming, modeling, processes, and procedures, data standards and conventions (and ensure adherence to them)
  • Create Services with Service Offerings and Groups, and support their maintenance and eventual retirement, CMDB queries if needed by the organization, schedules (including Maintenance and Blackout Schedules) and support their maintenance and removal, request management Catalogue items and support their maintenance and eventual retirement.
  • Support the creation, maintenance, verification, and retirement of Infrastructure CIs.
  • The creation, maintenance, and retirement of Change and Problem templates.
  • Monitor data quality and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with Process, Solution, and Data Governance Teams.
  • Provide feedback and communicate requests.
  • Educate and communicate back to functions.

Your skills & experience

  • Min 1 year of experience in ServiceNow development or configuration.
  • Min 1 year hands-on experience in ServiceNow operations and data. administration (i.e. Service Portfolio, Configuration Management, Request Catalogue maintenance).
  • Experience in implementing reports using ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals.
  • Excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams.
  • Customer focus and high communication skills.
  • Knowledge of software lifecycle.
  • Very good knowledge of ITIL (at least the ITIL Foundation Certificate or relevant).
  • Very good knowledge of Configuration Management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in supporting IT systems (preferred experience in second line support).
  • Ability to prepare technical documentation incl. Technical Design, Release Manuals.
  • Excellence in cooperation with Test Lead and Testing Team, Business Analyst, External Technical Teams, Project Teams.
  • Good understanding of data modeling and IT data constructs,  ITSM service / system lifecycle processes or tools to support ITSM.
  • Added Advantage with below:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.
  • Experience in implementing interfaces between ServiceNow and other applications.
  • HP ALM user experience.
  • Experience in validated projects.
