Your role

  • Support of the tech set up for branded channels across all social and media platforms
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in the documentation
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements in procedures

Your skills & experience

  • Understanding of the social landscape from a technical standpoint
  • Minimum a year of experience with social and media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
  • Self-organizing skills
  • Experience of working in the international and complex organizations
  • Experience of working with the operational platforms (Remedy/ZenDesk/ServiceNow)
  • English on minimum B2 level
